Sarajevo will host Final Eight |

ABA decided to award the organization of the 2005/06 Final Eight Tournament to Sarajevo regardless whethere Bosna will qualify for the tournament or not. The decision was confirmed by the president of the Adriatic Basketball Association Radovan Lorbek and the executive director Roman Lisac at the press conference held in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Both have spend a few days in Sarajevo checking how Sarajevo is prepared for the possible organization. The decision was also based on the assurance of teh hosting city that both the sporting and political bodies are supporting the organization of the final tournament.
